- Reducing the number of purchase orders which our regular customers have to raise in trading with us. This reduction of the process cost of doing business saves money and, done in association with clear and auditable tracking processes, can be a significant support to busy purchasing departments.
- Delivering real and signed off cost-savings which help our customers achieve real and provable reduction of cost in the supply chain, for example, reducing the number of suppliers for MRO components and services.
- Undertaking an evaluation of the parts which our customers purchase from original equipment (OE) manufacturers for service requirements – identify those that are standard items which can be sourced safely elsewhere and supply them at the best available price.
- Working with our suppliers to undertake an energy survey of your production facility – identify wastage and recommend products which could reduce unnecessary energy loss.
- Providing consolidated invoices to cover the purchase of products for a customer with multiple sites or with a requirement to order with multiple monthly purchase orders.
- Providing the facility for you to place open orders, against which a number of product lines can be purchased over a period of time.
